Everest Driveline Service Centre is a unique & Innovative Drive Shaft manufacturing Conceptualised & Launched for the first time in Indian Automotive Industry. By this Service centre we strive to modernise the conventional method of Drive Shaft & Cardan Shaft Manufacturing to OEM Standard factory delivered product. Drive Service Centre is designed to overcome the Problems of Fleet Owners for maintenance of Drive Shaft.

Component Alignment issues. Low quality components are used to replace the defective spares. Welding Quality of drive shafts are very poor. Balancing process of drive shafts assembly is not done. No records are maintained of previous repairs done. Poor Workmanship. High level of Noise in Repaired Drive Shaft, Unable to control the NVH Level. Inability to get required spares which forces fleet owners to modify Drive Shaft as per available spares

- Our Innovative set up, helps us to eliminate straightening process by up to 95% which helps to release the stress created in Drive shaft.
- Auto Welding process provides Uniform Welding which in turn gives

3 – Reduced dependence on skilled labour for Welding. - Our special purpose machine is designed in a manner that, it merges 3 workstation setup
of Knockdown, Press Up and Welding to ONE. There by helping in:-

2 – Efficient Manpower Utilisation
3 – Low Cost System Setup.
4 – Reduces multiple handling of Job to One - Balancing of Drive Shaft will be done which reduces Vibration and Noise of Drive Shafts
and can achieve Factory level product at our service centre. - Availability of all Series Components thereby eliminating need to modify the
existing Drive Shaft.
