Flange Yoke

Flange Yokes are commonly used to connect a driveline to the Companion Flange on the transmission, transfer case or differential in a variety of vehicles. They are also used on auxiliary powered equipment attaching to pto, pump, compressor and blower input or output shafts.

A flange yoke, also known as a flange coupling or flanged shaft, is a type of coupling used to connect two rotating shafts or components in a variety of industrial applications. Flange yokes typically consist of two flanges that are bolted together, with each flange attached to a shaft or component.

Some of the applications and benefits of flange yokes include:

  1. Power Transmission: Flange yokes are designed to transmit power and torque between two rotating shafts or components, making them an essential component in many industrial applications.
  2. Easy Installation: Flange yokes are easy to install and can be quickly bolted together to connect two shafts or components.
  3. Reduced Vibration and Noise: Flange yokes can help to reduce vibration and noise in industrial applications, improving overall performance and efficiency.
  4. Improved Safety: Flange yokes can improve safety in industrial operations by reducing the risk of equipment failure or damage due to misalignment or other issues.
  5. Versatility: Flange yokes are available in a range of sizes and designs, making them a versatile option for a variety of industrial applications.

Flange yokes are a critical component in many industrial processes, providing efficient power transmission and helping to reduce vibration and noise. Regular maintenance and inspection of flange yokes is important to ensure that they are in good working condition and to prevent any potential failures or breakdowns during use.
